End-User License Agreement
This agreement governs your use of Tally. By downloading or using Tally, you agree to these terms.
License
Tally grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app for its intended calculation features.
Ownership
Tally and its design, code, name, and assets remain the property of aidan846. This agreement gives you permission to use the app; it does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights.
Acceptable use
You may not resell, rent, sublicense, or present Tally as your own product. You may not use the app in a way that violates applicable law or interferes with its distribution or operation.
No warranty
Tally is provided “as is” and “as available.” Calculations, unit conversions, exchange rates, and date or time results may contain errors or become outdated. Verify important results independently.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aidan846 is not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Tally.

These terms may be updated as Tally evolves. Questions can be raised through the Tally GitHub repository.
